TheHillKC and Dr. Heather Russell of Unbroken Chiropractic team up to bring you a class focused on using mobility tools in your day-to-day fitness.
The class will begin with a discussion and demonstration of tools to be used in a warm-up mobility session, followed by a workout, and ending with some recovery mobility techniques.
We will discuss the following:
- When and how should I use the different mobility tools?
- What should I do if I always mobilize and never see change?
- What's the difference between mobility and stability?
- Why should I mobilize?
- What are some of the most common range-of-motion restrictions?
