What is your drop-in fee?

 

When you make a reservation you will be prompted to pay a drop-in fee of $20. Please do not show up to class without having filled out a waiver using the link above. 

 

May I buy a t-shirt for my drop-in fee?

No. Your drop-in fee will cover your space in class, plenty of high-quality equipment, and a top-notch coach.

Do I need to reserve a spot or contact anyone?

Please select the class you wish to attend, fill out a waiver, and complete payment using the link above.

 

I’m a CrossFitter who just relocated to your area and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

Please feel free to come by a few classes and get a feel for the place. No charge. Email matt@crossfitmemorialhill.com to reserve a spot.

What’s the WOD?

Due to the high volume of drop-in’s we host daily, we’re unable to share programming with each individual prior to class. Daily workouts can be found here: http://crossfitmemorialhill.com/wod/ When you reserve a spot in class you’ll be briefed on the WOD beforehand. All of our classes are conducted by full-time, well qualified coaches who will lead you in a warm-up, skill progression, scaling options, and workout. If you’d prefer to do your own programming, please reserve a spot in an Open Gym time.

Can I do my own thing during class?

We strive to provide a top-notch experience for our members and our guests. As such, we ask that you participate in class as written and with respect toward your coach. You may reserve an Open Gym slot if this is your preference.
