You’re working hard in the gym – great! But, you’ll never be able to out-exercise a poor diet. Exercise doesn’t “buy you calories.” In fact, your calories should support your exercise and fat loss goals.
WILL I NEED TO GO ON A CRAZY DIET?
Absolutely not! In fact, just the opposite. We believe in sustainable fat loss that you will never gain back. Like our group programs and private coaching, our Nutrition Services are rooted in sound, scientific principles and behavior change. Small, incremental change leads to unmatched results.
IS IT FOR ME?
If you work out regularly and still don’t see the body composition and fat loss change you’re after, it’s time to look at your diet. Beware: there are no special shakes or magic pills. Our certified nutrition staff will give you calorie and macronutrient recommendations, meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists. They will also provide weekly in-person meetings and email support throughout the week.

You’ll kick off your nutrition program with a one month On-Ramp. During this first month, you’ll have weekly 1-on-1 sessions with your nutrition coach to deliver a personalized nutrition plan specific to your metabolism, activity level, hormonal balance, and food sensitivities.

– 20 minutes weekly of mid-meeting email and text support
Cost for On-Ramp: $299
After the completion of your On-Ramp, you’ll move on to 4-week Maintenance Phase blocks.
– Bi-monthly 1-on-1 consults

– Adjusted meals plans with updated macro- and micro- nutrient recommendations
– 60 minutes of monthly email and text support

Three times per year we have a group nutrition challenge. The challenges are designed as a first point of entry for achieving your body composition and fat-loss goals.
