The cornerstone of what we do at CrossFit Memorial Hill. CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity.As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations.
If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
The quickest way to the results you want. Private Coaching is a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level. Coaches will maintain individual data to show you steady progress over the course of your program. We recommend you take advantage of at least 1 Private Coaching session per week in conjunction with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results. Hybrid Memberships include 4 Private Coaching Sessions per month along with Unlimited Group Classes and Unlimited Open Gym Access. Great for folks working toward a specific goal or would like something tailored more specifically to their needs.
BUILD: Fitness for Cancer Survivors
Build is a functional fitness program for cancer survivors designed to reduce both physical & emotional side effects from a cancer diagnosis and treatments. Our program will help you with fatigue, chemo-brain, weight gain & muscle loss, anxiety, depression and insomnia, and quality of life. This program will help you to build your life better, stronger and longer.
The program will be led by Sami Mansfield. Sami is an Oncology Exercise Specialist, certified cancer exercise trainer since 2003 and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
Included in your membership is a free Open Gym session from 10am-noon on Saturday. We offer an additional 20 hours of staffed Open Gym time throughout the week for you to make up a workout, work on some skills, or get some additional programming from a coach on site.
You can add Open Gym onto your unlimited group membership for $15/month or onto your 2 day/week membership for $35. Open Gym is free with the purchase of a Specialty Class.
Individual Program Design is for anyone looking to get a program individually tailored. Perfect for people using Open Gym, Garage Gym, or looking for extra work outside the gym. We recommend you use Individual Program Design to train for an event, race, or competition as well.
We run 6-week Specialty Courses throughout the year so you can focus in on specific skills. All Specialty Courses are included in Unlimited Classes and limited to 15 athletes. Examples of our Specialty Course lineup are: Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Strength, Buns n' Guns, Endurance, and many more!
Members will receive notification of new Specialty Courses via newsletter two weeks before they launch
Work and vacation take The Hill members all over the world. Use these travel WODs to keep up your fitness on the road - with minimal equipment!
We offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services. For all of our nutrition services, participants will have free access to our InBody scanner to provider realtime body composition results, metabolic age, and a full picture of their results.

Mark Campbell is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer since 2008, he recently became the First Certified TRX Training Coach in the MidWest and currently holds the highest level of education offered through TRX and is FMT Level 1 Certified through RockTape.
Mark is highly passionate and motivated to help others reach their Better through movement and health. When not coaching clients or coaching classes he enjoys running, rock climbing, yoga, and spending quite time with his wife and dogs.
We know that many of our members love to go out and pound the pavement, so we implemented a 2 season, 8 week endurance program for our triathletes, marathoners, cyclists, and endurance race enthusiasts.
Designed to prepare you for the summer and fall race season, The Hill Endurance team meets for 8 weeks, 2 times/week, 2 seasons per year to get you ready for your races.
The Hill Endurance is programmed in conjunction with our CrossFit programming to give you that extra push outside of your daily workouts. We suggest CrossFit three days/week and Endurance the other two.
Skill Sessions are a 1/2 personal training session for members to hone in on a very particular aspect of their fitness. Whether or not you're looking to get that first muscle-up or nail down your double-unders, Skill Sessions are the quickest way to get there.
Included in each skill session is a 4 week development plan to build upon the drills you learned in the session.
